REFERENCE TO KATARA WAS NO WHERE TO BE SEEN WHEN I WAS GOING OVER THIS WITH PEN.
I'm hoping that clears up some non-Avatar stuff that makes you go WTF. there were only a few things I could fix digitally. everything else? ...would YOU try?

Another big round of notes:

- character design based off of my WHAT IF: the Gaang didn't defeat Fire Lord Ozai and they still lived afterwards?
- Katara cuts her hair, and her and Sokka lives with a girl named Ase, whom Sokka falls in love with (who didn't see that?), and they have a baby...without marriage. dundunduuuuun.
- Aang is no where to be found!
- Sokka makes a resistance group called the Yuemi, and a sub-group, which includes him and the people who the Avatar closely associated with, that is searching for the Avatar. (of course, it's only the people who Aang knows personally because everyone else in the world hates him at this point. sadface.)
- Sokka and Ase's baby is named Neoma.
- Sokka leaves Ase and Neoma first for the search-for-Aang; Katara leaves six months after.
- the outcome of SUKI is still unknown to me -- i will determine this when the official show says if she's alive or dead.
- Zuko was locked away in the dungeons for aaaaaallll eternity.
- ...eventually he's freed by Sokka. He's the fifth member to join the search-for-Aang group.
- Toph hides away with Malu, the Ghost Witch (look at Avatar TCG).
- please disregard any canon other than Kataang (if it happens) because, kiddies, if i do end up making this fic, IT WILL BE KATAANG. kthnxbai.

this all happens five years later and is VERY VERY VERY AU. and dark too. i love messing up my fandoms. Q_Q;
