1. Childhood (6yrs old)
Banri lived in Konoha orphanage since he was 2. His mother passed away and his father is unknown. He even cannot remember how his parents look like. Banri wasn't really open himself to anyone except his care-taker, a sweet old lady named Ume-baba. She taught him many things and became a mother and also a grand-mother figure to Banri. In this year, he also graduated from academy.

2. Genin (9-10 yrs old)
Banri became more open to everyone and way more cheerful than before. He often visits Konoha park to play with his friends. There, he met Tsubaki, Hotaka and Tanuma. Banri is few years older than them, and he quite a bit matured than the others. Hotaka admired him and asked if Banri would become their friends. And of course, he would love to. The little RGB found a big brother figure, which made Banri even happier. Genin Banri has excellent skill, and also top of his class. which made someone noticed his talent....

3. Recruitment (11-14 yrs old)
A year passed, Ume-baba has passed away due to her illness. Banri decided left the orphanage and live his own. Banri joined ANBU scout. One day, an old man came to visit and approached Banri with the desire to recruit another young member of secret technique-using clan for Root. It was Danzo Shimura. Danzo had looked through his documents in orphanage and found the fact that he's a part of Uzumaki clan. Banri kindly declined Danzo's offer and he's pretty much comfortable in ANBU. But Danzo did not satisfied with the answer and planning something to make Banri work for Root.
Banri was assigned in a team with Toshizo Kogarashi and a female kunoichi. They both eventually shared close bond. In an event, the kunoichi was dying and he wished to be able to protect her. At that moment, his desire for power awakened his hidden clan technique, Adamantine Chains came out from his body and destroyed his enemies in instant. Danzo who was plotting the event, was satisfied, its proven that Banri is really an Uzumaki clan member.

4. ANBU (15-19 yrs old)
The Third Hokage knew the fact Danzo was planning to take Banri into Root. Banri who was emotionally unstable by the previous event that made their teammate died, lost his will. The Third Hokage often visited him and told him about the incident a year back that made Banri's partner killed. The information was leaked by one of Hokage's underling. It was Danzo's intention to test his ability and set his partner as a sacrifice. Knowing his partner died in vain, Banri was furious. To protect him, The Third Hokage offered him to be assigned into Hokage's direct orders along with Toshizo. The Third Hokage encouraged him to not to avenge his teammate's death, since Danzo's isn't a match for Banri. It'd be useless.
Few years later after the Third Hokage's death, Banri was assigned into Fifth Hokage's direct orders. In an event, he and Toshizo's mission is to be backups to a certain team from an incident. It was Team Rinne, who were heavily injured and need to be retrieved to Konoha.

5. Became a team captain (19-22)
After Rinne's death, Banri was ordered by the Fifth Hokage to be a replacement for captain position. Team Rinne; Tsubaki-Hotaka-Tanuma were his childhood friends. It was the fate that draw them back together again.
