Description Bleh, first thing I have really drawn since I've gotten back on my laptop. :/

Been working on and off on this all day, since it's raining like all hell over here my poor comp kept locking up and such, and the power comes and goes at random.

Just some more AiW/PoM stuffs. Note that the characters will be really out of character, since I like making Julien somewhat snide when it comes to Kowalski trying to put the moves on him, what? I find it funny and adorable, fun-dorable I calls it.

I didn't intend for it to look like a comic but that's sort of how it came out so yay for that, and please excuse my horrible hand writing. If it's hard to read I will be more then happy to type it out.

Enjoy. :0

Love it! Julien makes a great Alice and Kowalski as the mad hatter (is right?) is hot.

fun-dorable, I like that word

I'm lovin the detail, even thought it's only a sketch. Julien's dress looks awesome as expected, and that last panel with Kowalski just has my imagination running wild

Well, a great lemur once said that by putting two words and making them once makes a cool person, bless the sky spirits for you Julien. XD

I went overboard with all the details, I kept feeling like it was lacking and just kept adding and adding until I couldn't think of anything else to add. X3 Oh that Kowalski, he gets everyone's imaginations going.

Well that sounds like one very intiligent, very sexy lemur if you ask me

I think most people would rather you put too much detail than too little detail, although if done right too little detail can look better IMO. And you know he does, IDK what it is about him but he just fills my head with dirty thoughts

Wow, cool! The table looks great, that's my favorite part. I can't draw furniture to save my life. xD
I'd love to see this colored another time!

I really loved drawing the furniture, it gives me a chance to go nuts on something in a silly way that no one may notice but if they do then hey, better for everyone.

Was it hard?

Nah, it took me a few years to fully understand the importance of furniture in artwork and I really sucked horribly at it at first, but practice makes adequate as they say.

I thought it was "practice makes perfect." xD
I suck at furniture. It always looks too cartoon-ish, but I think a picture with a backround is more interesting, so I'm starting to draw things I see around me. (i.e. a stick of butter, a television, a hairclip, etc.)
Well, is this from the Alice in Wonderland movie?

That's good, that's a great way to get in the practice. I know that in my college courses that was the first thing the prof. had us doing, drawing lots of random crude seen around the classroom and in our homes, and I really feel like it helped a lot.

Heh, no actually, this was just something I came up with randomly, despite being an Alice in Wonderland fan I have yet to see the movie, probably due to my philosophy never buying anything when you can get it free.

Really? It's an honor to get advice from you! <33333 Thank you!

I haven't seen it either despite all of my friends saying "OMG YOU HAVE TO SEE EET, ZOMGFLODGGFLKHD!!!!!1one!!!!11!!"

Netflix, what would I do without you. XDDD

That's how I get all my movies. X3

Haha, yep! Same here! Too bad there isn't anything on Ke$ha. :c
Wait, what kinds of movies do you order?

Tsutoshi In reply to King-Julien-Rocks [2010-06-09 02:34:27 +0000 UTC]

I order all kinds, I am a geek so I go for fantasy and retro movies more then anything else. Tho lately I've been watching a lot of BBC shows on my Wii, today I got in 'Mr. and Mrs. Smith', me and my love of random violence. XD

I normally watch t.v. shows on my Wii and get the movies in the mail, dunno why. X3

So... cool... And oh my gosh, it took me a second but I totally just noticed that everything in the bubbles are science related. Oh god that's awesome. And Kowalski's face looks so... suave. :0 Are those Jiggle bits holding up the table, or am I just fooling mine eyes?

Aww, Julien's so cute in his dress. And he has an eyelash. Heh heh. I love the dialogue too, very Wonderland-y.

Yay!

You noticed! I totally wanted to go with an underlying science theme and was wondering if anyone would notice and look at you my little Kit you totally did, kudos yay! I love drawing him so suave and cool, and I have more ideas for our smooth science hatter, well, more funny but still cute. Yes! That is indeed Jiggles holding up the table, I did that so at random the table appears to move on it's own and stuff, you know, more fantasy-ish.

He makes any dress look good doesn't he? Just with his natural ... ness. XD I wanted to make him look more effeminate then he already is and just decided to go with the single eyelash look, think it works for him. The dialogue had to be the best part, I could just forget their normal speech patterns and go nuts with a more 'old english' type of vibe.

Hurray! I shall stow my kudos away in my kudos-jar. Ooh, I like that, the Jiggles part I mean. A double-whammy: Jiggles reference and a moving table. Awesome.

He does, he does. Though for me it helps to draw poofy skirts, because I always end up drawing him a bit thicker than you do. xD
