Look, i still don't get where are you going with this... We don't know about Avalice customs, maybe they have magazines with humans in them (but the real reason is... I already had a great comic book model so i didn't bothered with searching fitting texture for comic). Also, Milla was shown in game as a very curious puppy (remember that scene with hair?), so it wouldn't be surprising if she got intrested in Carol's personal stash
