Welcome back globetrotters, for this trip, we are heading to Quilyante in Austeran Novapika. This country is a straight curve on the continent at its southern most point, its home to rugged mountains, lively people, roaming wildlife and more. The flag is used to represent the land(green), the people who toiled and fought for it(red), the wealth of the land(yellow) and the heart and soul of the land and its people(purple diamond). The blue and red circle is used to symbolize the Stralko people, ancient natives who fought and then co-operated with foreigners to progress their land without destroying it. The national animal is the mountain deer, an abundant creature that can thrive in the high peaks and low fields, much like the people. A famous natural site is Geyser Valley, a mildly volcanic area where dozens of hot water geysers erupt out of the ground, the highest reaches over 100 feet and can be 80 Degrees Celsius, some are even said to gasp and whistle like ghosts. The man with the drum is a chinchinero, a commonly sighted street performer who plays many instruments, mostly a large drum on his back, wind instruments like horns or flutes and cymbals between his knees, among others. The national flower is the bell blossom, a beautiful red flower the resembles a large narrow bell and attracts many hummingbirds. The national fruit is the avocado, a highly nutritious fruit that used in many local dishes, it also attracts wild animals like spectacled bear, rodents, parrots and others. Many delicious foods can be made here, the most popular being tamals which is meats, beans and cheeses wrapped in corn dough and wrapped in banana leaves that can be used as a plate. The stone head hails from the island of Balava, 2500 miles from the mainland, dotted with nearly 100 of these 11 ft. idols made from a lost seafaring tribe, but some say they were made by aliens, it makes a great vacation spot.
