The focus and DOF are great (impressive considering you were shooting through glass).
It's a shame the reflection has been cut off at the bottom...it's such a nice clear reflection that would be nice to see the whole thing. The end of his snout is too close to the right side of the frame, too, in my opinion. I think a slightly different crop could work better.
Nice shot, though. I've never managed to get decent photo's of crocodiles...their enclosures are always too dark.

This is wonderful! I think you've focused your subject perfectly. I feel that part of the nose could be a little sharper to add more detail to the teeth...but I also think that the focus and depth is simply amazing.
