I would feelΒ angry of course! I totally understand how Hiro feels and why he would do such a thing. It is a totally believable circumstance and why wouldn't anyone do it? His anger and action gives the scene a very realistic feeling and I love it for that concept. However, what reputation would that give? Would Hiro want to be known as a killer? Would Hiro want Tadashi to know that he killed the person he tried to save? Yes Callaghan was the reason Tadashi died and he should be punished, but what would killing him do? This is just my thoughts anyway, but yes Hiro does have all the reason to kill him but one question remains: What would Tadashi think?

Yes, hated can be a piece of love. That's exactly why Hiro was furious in the first place at Callaghan.That's precisely what the scene tells us like you said: Love can be dangerous. Anyone would probably do the same thing.But, this brings up another problem. Tadashi also created Baymax for good,and Hiro is using him for the opposite reasons. Tadashi most likely wouldn't want both Hiro and Baymax to become evil. As much as Callaghan deserved to die, Hiro probably couldn't bring himself to it knowing he could be referred to as a killer.
