I really dont think any one can lift that buster sword of a weapon.

Well even if it was made of aluminum, it would haft to weigh at least a few hundred pounds. I mean sure the prop was probably made of of foam, but in the context of the show, only one person ever used it, and that guy had the power of a god. That should be some indicator of how heavy it is.
