Orli is a girl btw, if anyone thinks differently. I wanted to give her a more feminine figure but it was quite hard with that vest she's wearing.

Hot diggity! I don't think I've seen any of your pencils before. If I did, then I have a lousy memory.... 
I have to admit, at first glance it looks like another boring bishie, but closer inspection shows a more thought out image/character. I think some of the subtler details are what really make this work. from the vest that's slightly too big, to the softer features in her face and arms. Like with most of your work, I'm certainly a fan.

ahhh yeah i can see how it would be hard to give her a girlish figure.. tho, you could of made the vest short and show some belly like on augusts girls XD still, its great to see some pensilwork from you man, i love seeing it!
