Bio:
Damien was born in a rural village in India, which was rich with culture, rituals, and life, but poor of economy. Most TUFF agents find that his childhood was similar to that of Crimson Komodo Clan member Red Beak, and for the most part, they'd be right. However, unlike Red Beak, who lost his family to a disease that his government didn't provide enough heathcare for, Damien was born as a proud and skilled predator, stalking the area for intruders. He was trained by his grandfather, who was a skilled assassin for the now extinct Thuggee Clan, and as he grew older, he became the village's Head Hunter, almost becoming the village leader.
At age 20, he then got the idea to hunt some people down for fun. This move eventually led him to a confrontation with TUFF's best agents led by Sean Connery Katswell, who were on a mission to uncover an ancient Hindu treasure before it fell into the wrong hands. Without hesitation, the Hunter struck at them, going for Verminious Snaptrap first, seeing him as the weakest of the five. Snaptrap fought with him, but the Hunter was TOO strong for him, so King came to his aide, and beat him too a pulp. After the fight, he lost his left hand to a hungry crocodile, causing him to flee into the jungle.
The Hunter was able to replace his missing hand, but not with technology like other TUFF amputees, but with a mythical glove he found in some sort of cave near the river. He discovered the glove's mystical powers when he read on the cave walls that he who wears the glove will be given the powers of Shiva, the God of Destruction. Upon learning this, he called it "The Hand of Shiva," and ever since, he's been hunting down a lot of unsuspecting victims, but since his run-in with Snaptrap, he's been hunting him down, hoping to even the score with him for his hand.
Kitty and the rest of Team Katswell met up with the Hunter when the Indian Undercover Fighting Force called them to scope out a base camp that Donovan set up for DOOM. While the team was investigating the area, Kimiko couldn't help but feel that someone else is spying on DOOM as well. Then, without warning, the Hunter struck at the camp, and before he could get to Donovan, Kitty and the gang lept out to confront the nasty leopard. The Hunter recognized Kitty's natural scent, and knew right away that she was Sean Connery Katswell's daughter, which resulted in the two of them duking it out in the jungle. Kitty was able to defeat him, but the Hunter slipped away into the underbrush before she could arrest him. But, Kitty had a feeling that he'll be back one day.
Personality & Traits:
The Hunter loves nothing more than the thrill of the hunt, making him a very popular mercenary for big time criminals like Birdbrain, Ripclaw, and Ahuizotl to hire. He's also particularly nasty to his victims, giving the feeling that he'd slice and dice them just as soon as he'd look at them. So, he's basically a big bad cat you wouldn't want to pet unless you're very careful.
Because of his run-in with her father, the Hunter considers Kitty AND Snaptrap his biggest targets of hunting. But, mostly Snaptrap because he believed that he was responsible for the loss of his hand. But, there is one furry that the Hunter would consider his closest ally: the macaw known as Sharp Beak. Despite the fact that she's a few years younger than him, he and Sharp Beak seemed to have worked together fine when they met up in a bar in Petropolis. But, he still prefers to hunt alone rather than in a pack.
Because he believes that he's a perfect hunter, he's always proud of himself, to the point of being boastful and arrogant. So, when he loses track of his prey, he often gets emotional, and throws a temper tantrum or two. Also, it seems that gaining the power from "The Hand of Shiva" seems to have costed him his own sanity, making him a bit unhinged at times. Regardless of this, he always manages to keep up with his prey, and continues to be a constant nuisance to both Teams Katswell and Iron Hoof from time to time.
Well, that's the Hunter's interpretation for "TUFF: Team Katswell." Hope you like it, Willie!
