Because of the lightning strike that hit her at age 4, Rain has been given the ability to control rain and water around her, hence her namesake, and can create mini-rainstorms to use on her enemies. And, since joining TUFF, she has received martial arts and weapons training, and is very quick on her feet to avoid her enemies.

Bio:
Rain is a new citizen to Petropolis, and quite frankly, not a whole lot is known about her. The only thing people know about her is that when she was a 4-year-old kitten living in Kitty's old hometown of Catsville, Colorado, there was a violent storm brewing from the Northwest. She was playing in the backyard, and the storm was very far, making her think she had nothing to worry about. But suddenly, she was struck by lightning, and was knocked unsconscious on the lawn. When her parents went outside to help her, they feared the worst they took her to the hospital quickly.
On their way, he rain and the wind outside was very strong, the road was empty and the lightning could be heard from the sky. When they almost made it to the hospital, a bolt of lightning was about to hit their car, they closed their eyes in complete fear. However, thanks to a "divine protection," the lighning bolt struck a nearby tree, sparing their lives. Upon arriving at the hospital, the doctors found out that when the lightning struck their daughter, a side-effect from the strike has given an unexplained ability to control rain and water surrounding her, and making storms not hit her or anyone close to her. Some hours later, her parents went to see her and they got very surprised. Their daughter said hello as if nothing had happened, but she didn't realized that now her hair was white with a black tuft, and her right eye was red until she looked at herself in the mirror. But, regardless of the outcome, they all smiled at each other, and hugged happily.
Afterwards, she lived her life normally like any other furry, and after graduating from high school she wanted to travel to many places because she had a very curious streak about the world. One day, she eventually came to Petropolis, California, where she saw Kitty Katswell and the rest of Team Katswell doing battle with Sharp Beak, who was robbing a nearby bank. Before Sharp Beak could make her escape, a storm began brewing, and was captured by the team after she saw that a girl was standing next to her, unaware that she was controlling it. She tried to run to seek shelter, but one of her own lightning bolts struck her, causing her to lose her own memory. Thankfully, Team Katswell was there to get her to TUFF's hospital wing, and were able to save her life.
The next day, Kitty and the others were waiting for the mysterious girl to wake up, and when she came around, she couldn't remember a thing. Kitty told her that she helped thwart Sharp Beak's robbery by controlling that rainstorm. She had no relocation of the event, but Niles managed to tape the whole thing, and showed her that she could control rainstorms. So, the Team decided to take her in, making her a Team Katswell Reserve Member, and they eventually something special in her. After getting her settled in her new place in Downtown Petropolis, Kitty and Allison decided to call her "Rain" because of her strange abilities. Rain loved her new nickname, and she remained with TUFF and the rest of Team Katswell until she can remember anything about her past life, and where she came from.

Personality and Traits:
Rain is very friendly and upbeat, but has a tendency to be forgetful due to her loss of memory. But, because of her memory loss, she also has a bit of a curious streak to her, and tries and watches everything that interests her, seeing what she truly likes or dislikes. But, when faced with a bad guy who threatens her, or those closest to her, Rain doesn't back down, and remains fearless and loyal to her cause no matter what. So, Rain's a friendly girl, but shows no fear when it comes to protecting those she loves.
Rain's friendly and upbeat persona makes her a very approachable individual at TUFF. She spends a lot of time with Team Katswell, travelling with them to try out their respective activities. However, she began to form her own circle of friends in the form of a group of other cat girls that were visiting from Catsville. They weren't sure what to make of Rain at first due to her strange abilities and amnesia, but once they got to know her better, they included her into the group.
Rain can also be a bit sly, but mostly when trying to outsmart the bad guys when on a mission. However, aside from her amnesia, Rain also tends to forget that she's controlling her mini-rainstorms, and would lose control of them at times. Kitty and the others were unsure of how to help her overcome this, but with enough training in self-control, Rain is able to help out TUFF, and hopefully remember anything about her life before coming to Petropolis.
