This is the first time coloring ~BBWonder 's picture! Well, since I asked ~BBWonder a request to draw Haruka Kuyama, I asked him "May I color the picture?" and he said "Sure." So I decided to color it on MS Paint and Paint.NET! Hope you'll like it!
Tools I've used:
MS Paint, outlining it.
Paint.NET, coloring it and adding a BG.
