When you have a 10 minute break between workouts, so you either have two options: scroll on social media on my phone or draw something to activate my creativity.
As you can tell, my least favourite workout is doing the StairMaster.
I do it at speed level 5 for the first 5 minutes, take a short break, then lower the speed level to 4 for the remaining 5 minutes.
Hopefully next month I'll be able to get used to speed 5 for the entire span of 10 minutes.
The buff guy is not based on anyone IRL. He's probably my gym spirit animal or something.
