It’s STAR WARS DAY—May the 4th be with you! And in celebration of all things “force” related, today we sketch…

Ahsoka Tano was discovered/rescued by Jedi Master Plo Koon during a mission to the planet Shili. Ahsoka was abandoned by her parents and was left to live by herself on the outskirts of her city. When attacked by a native beast of her planet, Plo acted quickly to save her. Only being three years old at the time, Plo Koon could sense the Force in her and raised Ahsoka as his own child in the Jedi Temple. Years later after numerous training exercises, Ahsoka Tano reached the title of "Padawan" before most force wielders. Sensing great excitement and brashness like Anakin Skywalker, Yoda temporarily made Anakin a Jedi Master and let Ahsoka Tano be his apprentice.

Ahsoka Tano was created for the Movie, Star Wars The Clone Wars. After the success of the CGI Animated Movie, George Lucas and team decided to create a sequel - which would appear on TV format. While not an actual movie sequel, but instead a series Ahsoka Tano has appeared in this show numerous times. Just like in her debut movie, she is one of the main protagonist of Star Wars The Clone Wars TV Show.
