Description
MODOK is George Tarleton, a former employee of Advanced Idea Mechanics, an arms dealing organization specializing in futuristic weaponry, who undergoes a mutagenic medical experiment designed to increase his intelligence. And, while successful, the experiment results in a freakishly overdeveloped head, rendering him immobile but for his signature flying chair. He rebels against his creators, kills them, and then takes control of AIM. MODOK was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby first appeared in TALES OF SUSPENSE #93 & 94 in September and October of 1967.
