Very nice! It's always great to see depictions of Femforce or other AC Comics' characters.
To answer a question above, Yankee Girl volunteered to enter the "Vault of Heroes" just after World War II, a kind of mystic suspended animation, to be available should some great evil again threaten the Earth. In the 1980's, the AC Comics' universe encountered just such a threat, and Yankee Girl, along with the other Vault heroes, was called back into action.
Once the threat was repelled, Yankee Girl found herself alone in a world she no longer knew. Any money she had was gone and, without any employment experience from the 1940's except for being a superheroine, her family and friends had passed away. Needing money to survive, she tried to capitalize on her fame by becoming a spokesmodel for a delicious creme-filled snack called Dunkies. It was a disaster, as she just wasn't ready for the shady dealings of the Madison Avenue types who took advantage of her naivete and bilked her out of her heroine persona and money.
She's a very sweet, good-natured heroine, who tries to do what's right, but doesn't always have the best luck, and she really wishes she could return to the 1940's and the life she used to have.
Here are a couple of my own images of Yankee Girl originally created for my Femforce fan site.

So she was like AC comics Captain America's female version. Either way I love her uniform and from what little I could read about her, I like her personality too.

Somewhat, but only in terms of the suspended animation concept. In the AC Universe, a lot of heroes and heroines entered the Vault (Cat-Man and Kitten, Rocketman and Jet Girl, the Green Lama, Miss Masque, the Terror, etc.). Yankee Girl had the most trouble adjusting to the modern world. Partially, because the other heroes and heroines were better prepared to handle the challenges and had given more thought to the consequences of entering the Vault in the first place.

Yes, I guess the shock of awakening on another era would be traumatic to say the worst.

i've read femforce once or twice, cheescake aside (which I'm certainly not complaining about!) they seemed to understand how heroes are supposed to act. Of coruse, it was the early 90s when I read those issues.....
The art is, of course, awesomeness.

mmmm, sexy! Could you tell me more about the funny scenarios involving the dunkies and the Span-X? What other problems does Yankee girl have in the modern world?

Keeping her top on in Femzine and AC Annuals. Fighting Divine Wind in her own graphic novel called Timestorm.
