Something quite unlikely from me, but since I did chocolate mousse today, I though I might as well photograph it. I have never done food photographing much, so this was good exercise.Also, I loved the color scheme. The grey bowl was screaming for blueberries, so I added some on top of the mousse, as well as a little meringue to bring lightness to the portion. And since we already were in the organic theme, I just went and used a piece of deadwood as a background.

I combined some recipes since I love to be experimental when doing food. This one was super simple:
150g dark chocolate
2 egg yolks
2,5dl whipping cream
Just melt the chocolate in a water bath, combine it with egg yolks, and add in the whipped cream.
