Where did you find those "C" hooks that the ring is hanging from. I've seen those on some projects, but don't know what they are called, or where to find them?

This is a really gorgeous example of a padded collar. Thr hardware on it is really beautiful as well, and such a nice change to D-rings. Very nice.
