Some pictures of how I envisioned Shen at different ages. And I totally got lazy on the coloring XD

In the first pic, he's about a year old, and he's cute baby Shen. He looks suspiciously like a certain plushie I have. This would be his current "White Hot Darkness" age.

In the second pic, he's about five years old. This is the little Shen design that I draw most commonly. This would be "If No One Will Listen" age.

In the third pic, he's about ten years old. His tail feathers are starting to get longer, and I wanted him to look a bit gangly, as he's probably going through his growth spurt at this point. He's looking at a feather blade, that he will in no way use to kill anyone in the future. Of course not.

The fourth one is NOT an adult pic. He's about nineteen there. I tried to make him look like he was still a bit too skinny (not filled out all the way yet) and he doesn't have his whiskers. And he's starting to go nuts, hence the evil smile. This was his age during the flashbacks in "Keeping a Secret."
