Fwoopy
Age: 29

Info: Fwoopy is the wife of Barney, who is Billy's older brother. I won't give out how she met him yet, but she's a very outgoing dog. She likes to drive around, shop, and dance at parties. She's a bit popular at her homeworld, mostly because of her very kind and talented demeanor.

Paul McPoulta
Age: 24

Info: Many might be confused by his chicken legs and tail, well that was because Paul's parents were scientists, and they often tested their experiments on him. One of these resulted in Paul's legs becoming chicken legs, and sprouting a tail permanently. Despite this, Paul ignores this and tries to live his best life. He often tries to make friends, or attract girls, but usually has difficulty due to his strange appearance. He's a little cocky sometimes too, but he's mostly a nice guy.

Sketchy
Age: Unknown

Info: Sketchy is a little different from the other toons. He's devoid of any color, appearing more like he's made of paper. Sketchy is a bit jealous of other toons because of his unfinished appearance. But he can turn into many different things, but he likes to stick to being a dog.

Haruki Koibito
Age: 19

Info: His name means, "Spring Child, Lover". He's good friends with Meowsy in her homeworld. He doesn't have powers like her, but he's still a pretty supportive friend. He's a kind, bright young man who's always willing to help others. He still is in highschool, but he aces a lot of his classes.
