As for your question regarding Casey fighting Donnie in "Donatello vs Casey Jones", it's a completely different story. I did think about making that Casey intertwined with Raph's story arc, but at the moment it seems unlikely for me because eventhough both characters share the same name, they both have different motivations. That is also why I made changes to Casey's appearance for Raph's story (he has a different mask and sleeveless hoodie). I'll keep an open mind though, who knows, maybe both stories can cross each other's path.
So at the moment, the Casey in Raph's story is a different Casey compared to Donnie's story arc.
