it may have been an accident but I think the shake makes it more artistic especially with the river, the blur works well. I like it and considering your age I think it's really good.

HOW COULD YOU HAVE LEFT YOUR TRIPOD IN YOUR HOTEL ROOM FOR THIS PHOTO!!
Imagen how the photo looked like if you could set the shuttertime to something like 20 seconds, while the big giant circle thing is moving. (No idea what that is called in English)

Ooo... THAT thing is called the London Eye.
I heard something in the news about Paul McCartney wants to change it to McCarrtney Eye as promotion for his new CD or something?

Everything's slightly burred...probably due to camera shaking and the 100/10 shutter speed. Next time try using a tripod if you have one. Or if you don't have one, find something to lean the camera on. Or maybe just get on one knee and lean your elbow on your knee to get a steadier hand.

turgoose. gr8 photo. it is blurry. not just the eye. it looks like you had a slow shutterspeed. use a tripod or smaller f-number

it a long zoom you need a faster shutter speed. use a bigger aperture or higher iso.
