I've spent...2 days to finally finish it. And I am not really happy with the result - ESPECIALLY background.Oh well.
Colored with Copic Markers.
So the idea was to create Gaster as some kind of...Time Lord or something? Since he is spread across Time and Space and despite not having a body, his mind is still present in reality.
A little explanation about different clock design:
Boss Monsters (Asgore, Toriel and Gaster himself) has Pendulum type of clock.
Sans, Papyrus and Frisk has Hourglass - but only Sans and Frisk can "turn them" - "RESET/Travel Through time".
Other monsters have simple Pocket Watch style clock.

Inspiration was taken from Time (Alice Through the Looking Glass) + All Dogs Go to Heaven (clocks as an indicator of lifespan).

His tunic is really splendid, not enough people give Gaster color, but the multicolored lining is just what this piece needed! The scene is reminiscent of heaven's hall of clocks in All Dogs Go to Heaven.
