Many thanks! It didn't take too long (I work with found objects so I don't do metal crafting) It was more about holding onto the owl piece for quite some time until I found a layout that I really liked.

That's kind of what i do when i find something that i want to paint. I waite until i find objuect that would be cool with it. I will have to post the pic of this detached kitchen cabinet door once i get my camera back

No, I don't do any of the metal crafting, I'm more mixed media/found object art and jewelry. I had stumbled across the owl in a shop several months back and had been holding onto it for a while now. Hehe, I was sitting at the bench and the format kind of fell together finally in a way I liked.

I loved the little owl when I saw it. Normally I pass up the larger pendant pieces but I couldn't walk away from it. I just love the movement of the metal on this piece.
