The scales I have a special brush for. It still requires some tweaking, but it's helpful

This is absolutely stunning! <33
How much is something like this with 1 Oc instead of 2?
(I looked at your prices but I wasn't sure which one it fell under) ><''

This definitely counted as my highest detail tier, so it was pricey. For the same level of detail, but only one character, it would be between $500-$600, depending on exactly what the scene/background is. For a less complicated piece, it can range between $200 and $500.

The detail on this is astonishing, I really buy that depth in the water. Spot on.

Glad it came across! I had trouble with it early on. It took me a while to work it out.

The splashes work best if you build them around sheet-like forms, so they curve over surfaces like the rocks. Underwater is mainly a set of gradients for color and "atmospheric" perspective, with things like the bubbles laid in to make it come across as water. The surface of the water, where it transitions from water to air.... honestly I'm not sure what I did. I kinda vomited stuff out until something worked.
