She was born with six fingers, however some doctors removed them ( Preston Northwest gave money for the operation). This happened after Bill tricked Pacifica who killed her own son named Dustin. Before this horrible act, Bill Cipher has already ceased Gwen once when she was only a baby. That is the reason why Pacifica and Dipper decided to have surgery. Sorry for my english skillsπ .
