A magical girl OC set in an AU 20th century war. The design was recycled from an older OC that I'm not using anymore.

Prior to the great war and the new magical arms race, magic had been abandoned for centuries in favour of technology. To train the best magical soldiers in a part of the world where most knowlege of magic is lost, Umi is brought in to pass down her knowlege and expertise she had learned from growing up in a land where magic remained widely practiced despite the technological revolution.
