scar and tattoo ref cause i am SICK of doing it from memory
fun extra lore: since the comic is dnd/ttrpg based, health potions/healing magic is a thing, and in-universe fully heal wounds like it never happened; meaning wounds do not scar. Scars come from wounds healing naturally without magical aid
magic/potions are in every way superior to natural healing; it's quick, painless, with little real consequence. The main downside is the cost and acquisition of said magic/potions, since they are not widely available
