redesign of my OC Fish. Her first design is here and her first redesign is here . She's the founder and leader of a rebellion called the Silver Kings.

I first pinned her bangs back to keep them out of her face while she's flying and to show off her eye feathers, I changed her jacket to look more slick and to show off her arms and feathers more and opened it up to reveal her shirt with the heart pattern underneath as a callback to her original design. The jacket also has a little medallion with the Silver King symbol.
I also gave her some nice pants instead of the weird baggy ones she had before.
I was going to give her goggles but decided she would have double-eyelids to protect her eyes from harsh winds.
I changed her feather color to silver to tie back to her group and changed her color pallet to be way more purple with red as a highlight.
Her wings are based off of several real-life fast flying birds, such as the white-throated needletail.
