Izuna became 4 years old again, that's something that happens from time to time xD And this time Tobirama got to see him like that and was like "Omg...! ;A;" xD And Izuna got interested of his tail and ears Hashirama fixed xD So Tobirama looks a bit worried, he's so small...D: Izuna is just "Ooh, fluffy... oAo" :33
