I can't believe that this is a speed sketch! Stunning! I love Finrod's relaxed manner, and Galadriel's dress and body language and what an awesome, adorable sibling moment! I sort of squeaked when I first saw this because of how adorable it was. And then I got really sad thinking about what happens to poor Findarato down the road, and how his sister hangs around for a few more ages, and how in the third age she faces Sauron just like he did, and what if she was thinking about moments like this and just...ugh - even your speed sketches give me complicated feels! (that's a good thing. Thank you for sharing this with us).

дело в том, что она точно отображает то, что я писала (в прозе).
"Только теперь зал это был тщательно отмыт и очищен от грязи и многолетнего тлена, пол блестел и на огне сверкал полированными боками медный котел, а сам молодой барон сидел в роскошном плетеном кресле из тонких молодых веток дорогого ароматного дерева и пил подогретое красное вино. На Йонеоне был роскошный длиннополый халат из желто-оранжевого шелка, на обнаженной груди висела тонкая серебряная цепочка с каким-то украшением, и за его спиной Кинф с распущенными волосами, в тонкой утренней полупрозрачной тунике прибирала неторопливо его волосы. Вид её был безмятежен, склоненное лицо умиротворенно, и на губах застыла нежная легкая улыбка."

Wonderful detail, natural stance and expression... when you do this kind of scene, what do you use for references? Is it all from your imagination? live (or photos of your own) models? Just curious. It has a homey, intimate feeling... I agree with a previous comment, nice to have those kinds of views of the elves

I love how Finrod is lounging, and that is an awesome looking chair! Also, Nerwen's dress is gorgeous, and I love their expressions and the feel of this little scene! ^__^ I love random domestic sorts of scenes with the Noldor - it's a nice change from all the epic battles, sometimes.
But basically, I really, really like this!
