Tuxx holds the power of Obligation. Obligation allows him and his holder to create unbreakable contracts.
The weapon that comes with Tuxx's transformation is a feather quill. The quill itself is what's used to create his contracts.
Tuxx himself isn't exactly the nicest Kwami. He is pushy and is always looking to strike a deal.
The contracts created by Obligation can only be torn up by Tuxx or his holder, in which case the terms of the contract are deemed no longer valid. Only in very specific scenarios this can create a miraculous ladybug effect.
