Hmm.
I don't really know if I like it or not. Dx
But regardless, I spent 6 days on it. x__x
I'm not letting 6 days go to waste. 83
The design is a mix between a fox, bird and dragon. I've seen mixes like those before, but people usually make it like a fox with scales and wings, or a bird with fur and fangs or something. I combined the body of a fox and a dragon, and instead of the wings of a dragon on both parts, one is the wings of a bird. A very very shiney bird. XD
nyeah. I think the design is ugly.
I explored more with this picture on Adobe. I was looking through tons of renders and whatnot. I found some interesting stuff, but I only used like, a few of the many renders I found. x3
Note that I'm not fond of half-breeds too much though. D:
I assure you the next thing I submit will be much better. I'll give you a hint. A tutorial. 83

All this darkness, and the glowyness, it really fit together. Especially good job on the wings, they are something very unique ^^ It's also very nice that you've managed to mix fur with scales, since it makes the character even more interesting!
The only thing you could have done better was to add more highlights on the top of the picture, at the second pair of wings. It looks a little blurred up there, but it's nothing you noticed if you don't look very hard on it ^^
I can't help but to feel a little envious XDD You're getting better at a speed I can't catch up with, hehe. But, I'll fight! I'd be a fool if I didn't use your pictures as a source of inspiration ^^

I have NO idea how you made them so sparkling and textured like that! It's really nice looking and I love it, as well as the scales, but you know how much I love those. <3 (jumped for joy at that tutorial)
I seriously wish I had the talent to make such beautifully sceneic pictures like this. o.o There are things you could brush up on sure, but overall just.. .wow! So much imporvement from little Temmie. 
One little question that's driving me crazy. XD What's with it's tail like.. POOFING and dripping into a pool in the grass like that? X3 Is there a reason for that or just to look cool? 8D

I'm doing another dragon picture, with MUCH more scales than the first one. *Dragon in the Skies)
