You really squeezed a lot of personality and cuteness into 50x50 pixels this time. Like, a lot. I don't think it's too much of a stretch to call this your best pixel yet.

My process is very inefficient, where I kinda start with a one frame pixel, and whatever pose I start with, I try to work with it, and this one started very very different

20 colors? Seriously that much? It looks like you could have done the same thing with less than 10! Try reducing your palette, too many colors, specially if they aren't visible/noticeable, isn't very good for pixel-art.
However, the animation is amazingly smooth! I can't believe there are just 6 frames in this, I'd probably use 8 or 9 and it still wouldn't be as smooth as this! Great job!

I usually try to limit my colors and try to reuse them as much as possible, and then at the very end, see how much I ended up using
I used a lot this time! I think next time I'll try to put little dots on the side to remind me of how many colors are in the pixel so I can limit my numbers a bit better ghgh
