It seems to shape up to Night well at ISO-800 unless you did a noise Reduction

I really like the overall composition of the picture. There is just enough definition to it to keep people interested, but with the slight lack of definition paired with the warm coloring to it, makes it feel very smooth. It almost looks like a very well painted picture. And the horizon line is very well placed in the picture. It makes it so that your eyes wander around the picture. I would continue to play around with different styles or different ways that you approach taking pictures. It's very interesting!
