Mainly paintTool Sai for drawing.
But I also use Photoshop for color correction and filter stuff.

yes I know the "too busy problem" too well... Too much to do, too less time and too many things you would like to do. °x°

I mainly watch them on Henshin Fever (some Kamen Rider Facebook Fan-site)
They have a good organized list.
You can find it if you google "HenshinFever kamen rider titles"
that's at least how I find them because I don't own a Facebook account xP
