true. If I want nudes or porn, I know of a million better sites where I can quench my urges.
I hate it when pseudo-artists pollute serious websites like this with their filth.

I hope there is a way to "effectively" filter deviantart so that only real art is recommended. I don't need all the 5 year old kiddie drawings, photographs, fetish pictures or these filthy nudes.
(don't get me wrong, if I want to see some photographs of nature or people, I have my sources)

If you only want "real art", as you categorize it, visit the Louvre, until then stop complaining about other people's attempts to express themselves. This is a wonderful photo of a young woman with excellent composition, lighting and feeling. It is fleet of foot and has wings to fly. It is honest and raw. I think that is why people like it. Maybe people do not want to look at your type of art, maybe they want to look at what they actually like.

People make money off of this site, and try to use it effectively. I have friends that try really hard to put their name out there for their art, but then this stuff is on the top page of trending. It makes me mad because people actually try to make good art and photos, and then horny 35 year olds flock to this.

You do know that these "Nazis" that you so causally mention exhibited the exact same behavior that you yourself indulged in your first comment: restricting expression. The German government at that time reportedly made a display of "degenerate art", which for the most part was modern art, or anything that did not fit their view of the world, good or bad. If you can not see from your first comment that you are doing the same thing then reread your comment.

and by the way, Art and genitalia are intimately related, probably you know that.

Who decides what is "The Good Art". If people like to look at a certain photo (and obviously lots of people like to look at this one), or a painting, or a sculpture, should you tell them it is trash art because there are not enough pixels? Granted, you can have any opinion you want, I am not silencing you, say whatever is in your heart.

I think what you are trying to get at with your comment is exactly something that I agree with: there is so much crap and disinformation in the world that it is hard to sift through to find the good things. It is a big problem. There is to much garbage art being created just because it can. In the past the hoi polloi relied on art experts to wade through all the garbage paintings and artists to pick out the good ones to be displayed. If you know some history of the impressionists, cubists, how modern art came about, you know that the population were insulated from "unapproved" art, it was very difficult for an artist's work ever to be shown. As the Victorian age closed after The Great War (WW1) things became much more lively for artists, the stifling rigor of "what was good art" dissolved into a more accepting climate of what is important to people, what matters to people, what do people identify with and want do people actually want to look at?

Look at this girls page. There is nothing on her page or artistic quality. All it is, is her flashing her butt and boobs with no description of why she does this. I think photographing pornography can be an art if done properly... However, when this shitty camera quality picture in HER DINNING ROOM, it shows very little effort and is sold off as sex. This belongs on pornhub . She is doing it for attentio. Or at LEAST put a mature content filter on this.
