Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental
hospital, because she killed her mom and her dad. She got so bad she went to kill all the
staff in the hospital so the More-government decided that best idea was to get rid of her so

It's well-drawn, but there's not much customization available. Maybe add some more (non-canon) hairstyles, and the option to change hair and eye colors. Expand it some more and add more clothing. Also, a male version. What a lot of people are looking for with games like this is the possibility to make their OCs. Cater to that, and you'll be all set.
