Over a year ago, I was working at a grand-opening-slash-carnival-slash-health-fair, where I oversaw the facepainting booth and then got moved to the coloring booth because of my brother.

They were coloring picture from Dora the Explorer. I looked at the images for a while, then got annoyed with Dora's design in general. See, real explorers have ROPE don't they? And some kind of WEAPON? Like a KNIFE at least. And some proper hiking boots, not those ridiculous sneakers. Geez. SO I redesigned her entire character.

That particular drawing is buried at the bottom of my backpack somewhere.

So instead, you have here redesigned Dora in a more casual outfit. Probably going on a date or something, because this Dora sleeps with a sword under her pillow.

And this Dora is a part of an epic story I'm writing that consists of every character from all those cartoons I used to watch when I was little.
