Yes! This shot reminds me of why I became so enamored with your work in the first place. Such great setting and composition for some one of your age. regardless of title, this shot takes me into stories - I am left wondering if this is a snap shot of the remnants of a romantic evening; the conversations that occurred; the demure gaze lent over the edge of that cup prior to discarding that necklace or that bow....
My only, ONLY, gripe is I'm not a fan of the multicolored stripes on the cup. it feels a bit out of time/too modern for the antique feel of the table, the necklace, the bow. I find myself wishing they were silver... or nonexistent. perhaps with a lip print on the rim of the cup... hmmm.

I thought I was the only one who got annoyed with the color stripes! I completely agree with you.
And, I actually did that (put a lip print on the cup) when I took another set of photos where I was wearing red lipstick. I think we have really similar taste.

Wow! i am MOST impressed, this is certainly a BEAUTIFUL shot, and on top of it, is a great inspiration for a fellow young photographer with a love for still life. Absolutely fantastic, i love the lighting, composition, detail in the wood... floorboards? table? No matter, the effect is just as good either way. Kudos to you on this fantastic shot

This piece really grabbed my attention. Not a part of this work seems out of place to me the worn table the silk bow, the chain necklace with it's gem and even the thin stripes of color of the cup all play and contrast themselves nicely and form an environment that though multi-faceted flows seamlessly from one object to the next,definitely a fav bravo.
