I am not a professional photographer, and I don't think I really know enough about the technicalities of photography to write a critique, but..
What really grabbed my attention in this is the height at which you took the shot. The circular armrests are all perfectly horizontally aligned, yet you get a great sense of depth and perspective through them as they are off-centre. There's also a distant couple right in the centre, and that's where my focus goes. I like the saturation of the colours in this too, and the bleached out effect of the sunlight gives a nice contrast for the silhouette of the circles.
So yeh.. I like it!

Really great shot! Only critique I can think of is the bright pink line near the bottom left. It looks like a plastic knife, so I'm guessing it might have been an actually piece of trash there when you took the picture. Might want to edit it out; the bright pink is kind of jarring.

Yes, you can tell it was taken with film, it is more lively. Was the title supposed to be spanish for in the afternoon? if so, it is tarde.
