Personality:
Marcellus is known for his kindness and morality. He is a virtuous young fellow who believes that respect is of the utmost importance. Although having been a recluse for most of his life (see history), he still maintains the customs of his herd, but being a hermit among Fawnlings took some of that off, leaving him a bit more open to joking and the like.

Marcellus was raised by his father, an outcast from Glenmore. After his mother gave birth to him, the little family lived by themselves, roaming the woods of Glenmore as nomads. His mother died soon after young Marcellus had been weaned, which caused the fawn to cling to his father. After his partner's death, however, Marcellus' father became cold and unloving, keeping Marcellus around just on the fact that he was his own blood.

The reminder of his partner in the young fawn, however, drove the stag to become bitter and severe- once Marcellus was old enough to live on his own his father left him to abide by himself. Without a father, or any family for that matter, Marcellus took to exploring the many regions of Glenmore, taking pleasure in his solitude yet hungry for companionship at the same time.

Just after Marcellus had reached rut age, the Fawnling was attacked by his father, who, after years of not taking to being alone, had been driven mad with his thoughts. Not recognizing his son, the large stag and Marcellus fought gruelingly; it was a fight that Marcellus- an inexperienced fighter- could not have run, so he fled from his father.

A few years passed this and Marcellus has never seen/heard of his father since. It is unknown whether or not his father is alive, but Marcellus is always on the lookout. Now, the young stag roams everywhere in Glenmore, never seemingly in the same place as he was the day before.
