I sent the art for this piece to "southern charm", who does woven tapestry blankets from photos, images, etc. If it turns out well, crossing my fingers, i'm going to take photos of it/post it/ allow people to "put their name in a hat" by emailing me & i will draw a winner to send the tapestry to. Just something to celebrate the opening of our site. HOPEFULLY Southern charm doesn't have any problems with the art, i should know in the next couple of days from them.

Oh geez, i'm so humbled by your comments! Thanks for all the kind words! I will obviously doing more fan art, i've got one in the works with the loved "She's a tough girl, she runs with vampires". This weekend i was going to try to focus on doing drawing & photoshop tutorials to develop that part of the site. And next friday, Heather & i are getting together to develop the home page.

Even though i majored in graphic design & took a minor in drawing at college, i did have the chance to take one semester's worth of "Beginning Animation". It's totally fun to be able to make things move/come to life! I wish i had learned a little more about animation, but at least i know a few little basics (a few) 
Corel RAVE is the program that i use to make a few simple animations happen. It isn't too diffent from Corel Draw (which is kinda like Adobe Illustrator), in fact, the drawing tools Corel RAVE has are all the tools in Corel Draw, there are just a few extra movie tools to get a handle on. It's all pretty fun once you learn how to do a few things
