Heh, nah it's not my story. As said in my Author's Comments, the story "Bass is Not a Fish" was done by Red Draco and was hosted on her site. I know she' has a DA account under a different name but it's just been so long I can't think of what it is and I've long since lost the link to her site.

Oh yes very much so. He was trying to shoot Forte but he unexpectedly went down on the first shot, making the second sail of the the Wily Bot's head and hit Wily behind him. Least that's how it happened in the Fan-Fic this is from. >w>

wouldn't the only way this could've happened is if Megaman shot at Bass, who dodges, and hits Wily?

In the fic this scene is from, Megaman pops off two buster shots at Forte, the first on unexpectedly hits him hard enough to knock him over and unfortunately for Wily, he was right behind Forte. The second shot went right over Forte's head and blows a hole in Wily's chest.
