No problem ... wait a minute you messed up on Gray I think he looks compleatly fine, your being to harsh on yourself but if it helps you may tell me whats buging you and I'll give you some advis on it

aww, ur to modest!!! well, the thing is I could never get gray's face right, like the eyes and hair. I use to draw him better than natsu but now its the opposite (then again I worked really hard to draw natsu!) but I had to go over the first gray face with white out, and draw over that X3 XD

Oh now I see it,when it comes to the eyes anyway. Hmm... well what I ushualy do when it comes to Grays eyes is that I trye to have them like a kube -> [] but more eye shaped and what I think you did wrong is that you made them to pointy at the upper tips and the hair well the only problem (if you call it a problem) is that the hair is not spiky enuff I allso think the same whwn it comes to natsus hair (thoue thats more a mather of tasste)

other wise I think you nailed his face shape.
