The brunt of a joke,
Forever the convinent scapegoat.
Breath and count.
Something's snapped,
The red is bleeding in.
Silence raining down.
No thought,
All action.
Someone, get it under control.
The haze has fallen,
The beast is out.
Get it back inside.
Bring in the tide,
Come back to earth.
Bite your tounge.
The haze is lifting,
Ignore all that you've done.
Get away, just run.
It's back under lock and key,
Sleeping, laying in wait.
Ready to make a break.
This battles won,
Not without it's casualities.
While the war still wages on and on.
