Description
Just letting you guys know that this will be my last piece on this account. The finished version will be posted under my new alias .To everyone who watches me, thanks for all the support, favorites, comments, etc. I hope you all have enjoyed viewing my progression as an artist, and I'm looking forward to hearing from you all again as Twilight Soleil.
Also, for those entering my contest, I will be holding it here on this account. So if you're waiting for more character references or have any entries to submit, you will come to this account.

I really love how you used crosshatches and subtle tone input.
It really flourishes the mood right out of this picture. I'm very impress on how you gave this picture form with the shading. Now this is something I have to learn from you.
Now I notice that you really didn't focus on proportion, but thats okay cause when your trying to capture a mood, none of that stuff really matters. I don't really recommend you coloring this pic though to be honest, it looks just as good as it is.
You know what would be nice, if you try...speed painting. Cause speed painting is all about just coloring to capture ONLY the mood. Though just because its called "speed painting" doesn't mean you paint at your fastest. It just means you just roughly color in a manner that captures a mood. Which makes you color or finish a picture fast, cause your only using your right brain. OKAY, I better shut up before I type an entire page.
