Natalie & Natasha, commonly known as Nate and Tosh thanks to their best friend Dan Fester are two 18 year old mirror twins. They live with their simulacrum versions of their parents, Grand (mom) and Clockwork (dad).

Nate & Tosh grew up in the human world but not ignorant of who their parents, or themselves are. They know they are ghosts although they are quite good at pretending to be human. Their best friend Dan has been completely unaware of their ghostly origins, as they have been completely unaware he was half-ghost until they were about 14.

Nate & Tosh's older brothers, the Observants, are extremely overprotective, and the mirror twins themselves like to bully their big brothers when they take that overprotectiveness too far. Their favorite targets happen to be the Twins, their brothers who were born in the same year as Danny Fenton.

Because they are 'mirror' twins they also have a mirrored level of power. In the manner say one of them has a power level of 395 the other would then have the power level 593...complete opposites. Of the twins the younger, Natasha, is the stronger while Natalie, the older, is the weaker.

Natasha's ghostly abilities actually mirrors more closely her father and older brothers. She has limited sight within Time and also a limited ability to control Time. Clockwork has guessed that somewhere down the road, as she ages, Natasha will eventually gain enough power to take over his job as the Master of Time--or, in Tosh's case, the Mistress of Time.

Natalie's ghostly abilities are much closer to her mothers, with a tiny touch of Sight like her older brothers. Because of this Natalie has very limited Sight within Time and has the ability to affect the Cycle much like her mother the Grand Observant. It is suspected that the older she gets the stronger she will become, like her younger sister, and eventually she will be given Grand's particular job.
