Since when we first began,
we had played in jest.

it seemed to be the best.

Of each other we were fans;
we went in search of quests.

Though hurt, you seem less than,
the ache within my chest.

When will, again, I rest?

"Broken is our clan." - gives me a moment of inappropriate giggles, but I think that is the late hour more than anything.
"It is, from me, you ran." - Man, that cuts me all kinds of deep. Despite the restrictions of the style, I really feel something with this poem. I think I overidentify a bit too much... Thanks for putting it into words for me.
