More DR In Memoriam doujin-related sketches. This time with Sand Nin.

Again, doodles mostly done in class, inked and scanned for no real reason other than boredom and whatnot.

So far, only the girl (who you might recall from my Sand Nin Sketch or my Red and Fan Sand Nin scrap) in this collection has a name, as I haven't decided on names for either boy. The only thing I've figured out for sure about this group of ninja is their personalities and specializations. EDIT: Well, actually, I have decided on the name for Red - "Kagomaru" and I figured he's Gaara's brat.

Commentary is welcome and appreciated... as are suggestions for what the hell to name the third teammate and which name I should choose for Red of the three I mention below.

1. Suzume, 15, idolizes Temari

2. "Red" - I was tied between three different names for him (Akaikumori, Kagomaru, and Sunamoujuu), which is why I keep referring to him as "Red" more often than not. He's a puppet user.

3. Pretty self-explanatory. Suzume is behind him giggling. Got to love genetics, especially when you inherit the lack of eyebrows. And Red's lovely OHNOES face.

4. Suzume is mad. Mad Suzume = CLOBBERIN TIME.

5. Suzume and the third member of the team at 5 and 4 respectively. This is before Suzume decides that she'll do her best to be "just like Temari-sama." They're so cute.

6. "Red" - sighing about idiot teammates.

7. "Red" - ...

8. "Red" as little kid looking up, after recieving praise for mastering something difficult. He really sets high standards for himself in hopes of impressing Gaara and living up to the expectations placed on him by being from a family of very powerful ninja.

9. "Red", in your FACE. I like his eyes.

10. Suzume's hair down side view and the third member of the team in normal genin clothes with his knives.

11. "Red", frustrated with the new puppet, which didn't turn out how he wanted. Lol, it looks like Zim.

12. "Red", as an adult.

13. "Red" using a jutsu he improvises, called Sand Puppet, and looking more than a little strained from it. Basically, he forces his chakra strings through sand to coat them in sand and turn the strings into blades at the cost of a heavy chakra drain. Best used within close range to end a fight quickly.
